Up North, Down Under: Australian Wine Party feat. Chalmers Wines at Four Winds Farm
We welcome you to a Sunday evening summer party on the Four Winds Farm patio, with visiting winemaker Kim Chalmers and Jane Lopes and Jonathan Ross from Legend Imports. The Chalmers family’s commitment to innovation and excellence has made them a pivotal force in the Australian wine scene for almost 30 years. Through their nursery, vineyards and winery, Chalmers is working to sustainably grow and authentically craft the regional Australian wines of the future.
Jane and Jon, hospitality industry veterans, importers, and noted authorities on Australian wines will be on hand to talk to guests, pour wines, and sign copies of their recent publication, How to Drink Australian.
Come ready to enjoy Chef Jon Rosnow’s summer menu showcasing fresh produce and plenty of grilled and wood-fire roasted items. The all-star wine team will be making rounds to each table, visiting with guests to talk about the wines and their fascinating experiences in the industry. Your ticket price includes food, pours of each wine, and gratuity. Additional bottles and books will be available to purchase to take home.
In addition to the food and wine offerings, enjoy all your favorite lawn games, a walk in the hop fields, or cool down inside while you explore the historic barn. The farm has endless fun and beauty to explore!
Festivities will run from 5-8pm, but please plan to arrive between 5-6pm.
